Introduction of Contractors

Darren Waddell Limited acts solely as an introducer, connecting clients with contractors in the UK market. Clients engage directly with contractors for agreed work and are responsible for negotiating terms, including the contractor’s day rate.

Fees for Services

Darren Waddell Limited operates on a fixed-fee recruitment model. Fees are pre-agreed with the client before engagement and invoiced separately.

Payments

Clients are solely responsible for payments to the contractor for their services, as well as any agreed fees due to Darren Waddell Limited. Payment terms will be confirmed before engagement.

Direct Contracting

Darren Waddell Limited facilitates introductions but is not a party to any agreement between the client and contractor. All terms of engagement, including scope, duration, and payments, are arranged directly between the client and contractor.

Liability

Darren Waddell Limited bears no responsibility for the performance, conduct, or actions of contractors introduced. The client assumes full responsibility for managing their working relationship and deliverables.
